We’ve stayed in Army IHG hotels for 20 years and this has been one of the best. Hood did a good job with their rebuild. The rooms are clean, the breakfast spread is food and customer service is great. We will stay again next time we are in the area
Didn't understand the usefulness of the space of the suite, without kitchenette.
The front desk service really sets the bar high here. Even though there were deposits I was unaware of, they worked it out with me and didn't let me lose my reservation. With that service alone, I knew I'd book again. But then I made it to my room and it was great. Beds were super comfy, && they had everything that you could need to be comfortable. If the breakfast is anything like the service, then they are unmatched in the area. It's centrally located and right off the expressway making it easy to find
To get even the basic Wi-Fi service you needed to be a holiday rewards member everyone offers this basic service for free. The front desk people were always nice
The room was good except for the sink it wasn't draining properly, also they didn't put water in the room, we had to go to the lobby to buy it.
